Who I Am

My personal journey started when I was diagnosed with cancer. This singular pivotal moment in my life truly shifted my life compass and the meaning of life. This turning point led me to my true soul purpose: helping others find beauty, gratitude and healing in their lives.


What I Do

I facilitate and guide experiences that provide you the space to reflect and serve as a catalyst for the breakthroughs that bloom. I’ve gathered ceremonial knowledge from nearly every corner to provide people a natural way to heal and seek their highest expression. I’ve spent time in meditation practice within the villages along the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal, I’ve been taught the magic of Cacao in the rain forests of Ecuador among the Seikopai tribe, learned plant medicine rituals from the Sonoran desert with the Seri tribe, worked with the indigenous people of Palenque, and witnessed the gentle power of Rappe’ while in Joshua tree and in Panama.
